This morning, I was bad. I didn't eat breakfast. I know, I know it's the most important meal of the day. But, I wasn't hungry, so why eat?
For lunch, I had a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato.
I got on the treadmill for thirty minutes today. Let me tell you what...a half an hour FLIES by when you are watching the two Joes duke it out on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Talk about ten kinds of crazy!! And I think that I have problems!
One of the goals that I set for myself is to drink a LOT of water. I bought this a few months ago at Walmart
It holds 32 ounces and, as you can see, I have almost finished it for the second time!!
I haven't had dinner yet, but I plan on having grilled chicken, green beans, and a peach.
